* Student fee applies to anyone who is a full time Advanced Students.
Students must upload proof of their student status (student ID and certificate or a letter endorsed by the signature of their principal investigator or department secretary) as a PDF, PNG or JPEG file during the registration process.

The on-line form will be open till February 25th, 2024. After that date, registration will be available on-site.

Cancellation Policy for Registration
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the participant:
10% cancellation fee, if cancelled until January 1st, 2024
30% cancellation fee, if cancelled between January 2-21, 2024
From January 22nd, 2024, full cancellation fee (no refund)

Full payment of registration fee is required with submission of the registration form.
Payment of registration fees (in USD) can be made only via credit card:
Visa/Diners, Master Card/Isracard, American Express
Charges will be made by Paragon Group (P.G) Ltd., shortly after submitting the form.
Payment of registration fees (in NIS) can be made in one of the following ways:

- Purchase Order (Payment by employer in NIS for Israeli participants only):
- The participant needs to complete the on-line Registration & Form and select “Commitment” in the “Payment Method” field.
- Following the submission of the on-line form, a purchase order from the employer should be sent to the registration manager, no later than 7 working days. Services and amount covered must be stated. A bank transfer should follow.
- Final confirmation on registration will be sent to the participants upon receiving the purchase order.
- Commitment should be paid no later than a week prior to the conference start date
- Bank transfer details will be mentioned on the invoice
- Purchase order should be issued to: Paragon Group (P.G) Ltd. Vat Number: 512844994
Invoice
You will be required to enter in the form the name to whom the invoice should be made out to.
If the invoice should be made out to your institution, you need to list the name of institution and it’s VAT number.
Please note:
Before starting to fill out the Registration Form, make sure to have ready your passport number (overseas participants) or ID number (Israeli participants).
