Aviv Ronen, Bsc. In mechanical agricultural engineering from the Technion, Israel institute of technology. Aviv works in the MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical systems) group in Rafael ltd. as the mechanical team leader. Aviv leads the AME (Additive Manufacturing of Electronic) committee in Rafael ltd.
In 2019 he established the IEEE EPS (Electronic Packaging Society) section in Israel and the electronic and microelectronic packaging branch in AEAI (Architecture and Engineering Association of Israel).
Since 2021 he volunteer in the ben Gurion university and Braude college as a lecturer of the course “introduction to electronic and microelectronic packaging”.
